At Meltra Bakehouse, every product is made fresh to order. Because of the perishable and personalised nature of our products, we have a specific cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that preparation has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@meltra.in or +91 83695 09317.
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has commenced. As our products are made fresh to order, we begin production shortly after confirmation.
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
Refunds are not issued for change of mind after preparation has begun, or for minor variations in appearance from website images.
To report a quality issue or delivery problem, please contact us at hello@meltra.in or +91 83695 09317 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photograph of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking account) within 5–7 business days. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit if only part of an order is affected. We will discuss the appropriate resolution with you on a case-by-case basis.
