All Meltra Bakehouse products are delivered fresh to your door. Please read the following details about our delivery service.
We currently deliver across Mumbai, including suburbs such as Andheri, Bandra, Juhu, Versova, Borivali, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Powai, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 8:00 PM. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the day after next.
Delivery slots are typically between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We will confirm your approximate delivery window via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed before you complete payment.
All products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep your desserts in perfect condition until they reach you.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Since our products are perishable, we are unable to leave them unattended. If no one is available, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional charge.
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed via WhatsApp if your delivery is running late.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photograph and contact us at hello@meltra.in or +91 83695 09317 within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
