Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Meltra Bakehouse. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Meltra Bakehouse is a home-based artisanal bakery operated by Nisha Arora, based in Andheri West, Mumbai. We specialise in small-batch, made-to-order desserts.
All products are made fresh to order using premium ingredients. Product images on the website are representative; the final product may vary slightly in appearance. We reserve the right to substitute an ingredient of equivalent quality if an item becomes unavailable, and will notify you in such cases.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is accepted.
Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered on the day after next.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay. We do not accept cash on delivery.
We currently deliver within Mumbai. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Since all products are made fresh to order, cancellation and refund conditions apply. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have specific dietary requirements or severe allergies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meltra Bakehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
